Look up the install for similar mods . It's the same thing. Idk about longevity yet but I do like that the battery is replaceble and the contact points to put a different one on are a good size.

Easy install - expanded storage!

Not usually one to write reviews, but I figured I would do it for this product. First off, if you are looking for a modded Gameboy, you don't have to look any further. The price is good, the product worked great out of the box. I paired it with a Everdrive X7 with no issues. I basically got all the mods available and was even able to request a custom mod not on the site. The customer service is great and the response times were awesome. Glad I went with Genius Game Mods.

Absolutely fantastic workmanship and service – James is friendly and responsive and helped me to resolve a couple of technical issues after receiving the unit. Several dozen hours of gameplay later and I can confidently say this is a great little unit that I'm going to enjoy for years to come. I was initially hesitant about going with the stock LCD screen and OFW, but so far the LCD is adequately bright and responsive, and there's always the option to upgrade to IPS down the line if I want to replace the stock LCD. OFW is easily updated to ARK4 using readily available tutorials on YouTube (https://youtu.be/9IwVPWAYQaQ for example) if you want to do it yourself, otherwise you can order with ARK preinstalled. Shell quality is solid and buttons are tight and responsive. If you're thinking about purchasing one of these PSP3000s, it is well worth the 5-7 week wait compared to getting something cheaper off AliExpress or Ebay with questionable outcomes and doing all the mod work and troubleshooting yourself. Happily running several of my favorite emulators and with ARK was able to connect to PSN Store via WPA2 wifi and download all of my old PS1 Classic purchases that were tied to my Playstation Account. 10/10 overall. Very happy with this purchase.
