Absolutely fantastic workmanship and service – James is friendly and responsive and helped me to resolve a couple of technical issues after receiving the unit. Several dozen hours of gameplay later and I can confidently say this is a great little unit that I'm going to enjoy for years to come. I was initially hesitant about going with the stock LCD screen and OFW, but so far the LCD is adequately bright and responsive, and there's always the option to upgrade to IPS down the line if I want to replace the stock LCD. OFW is easily updated to ARK4 using readily available tutorials on YouTube (https://youtu.be/9IwVPWAYQaQ for example) if you want to do it yourself, otherwise you can order with ARK preinstalled. Shell quality is solid and buttons are tight and responsive. If you're thinking about purchasing one of these PSP3000s, it is well worth the 5-7 week wait compared to getting something cheaper off AliExpress or Ebay with questionable outcomes and doing all the mod work and troubleshooting yourself. Happily running several of my favorite emulators and with ARK was able to connect to PSN Store via WPA2 wifi and download all of my old PS1 Classic purchases that were tied to my Playstation Account. 10/10 overall. Very happy with this purchase.

I sent in my broken PSP and these guys were able to restore and USB-C mod it for me and it came out excellent! I’ve had it since I was a kid and they got me right with their mail in services!

These guys really know what they’re doing. They took my old GBA SP and gave it a whole new life. The upgrades were done exactly how I hoped, and the finished console turned out even better than expected. On top of that, their customer service is stellar—clear communication and great support throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the results !

So far is been working since i bought some back in 2024

Easy to install. Easy to use. Minor shame that the case had to be very lightly modified to fit 100% properly, but that's just something you have to accept. A couple of pieces of Koptan tape would have been nice, but as a modder, you should probably have some on hand anyway.

Ultimately, it's a 10/10. The only easier hardware mod is sticking a FMCB cart in a PS2 memory slot.
