Returns and Cancellations (Standard Products Only)

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • -- Custom or personalized orders


Conditions of return

  • -- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Courier returned or lost packages

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable and subsequently returned to us, a refund will be issued for your order total, excluding shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is intended to cover unrecoverable fees incurred from financial institutions. Please note that once a shipping label is utilized, it is considered consumed and cannot be reused, hence it will not be deducted from the refund amount. 

International: Taxes, Duties, and Other Fees

It is advisable to familiarize yourself with the laws of your country before making a purchase. To obtain region-specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Please note that our prices do not include local taxes, duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or any other fees that may be imposed when your package arrives.

We kindly request that you carefully consider all applicable fees before placing your order. You are solely responsible for any fees imposed by your country's customs office. In the event that an order is returned to us due to your refusal to accept the package, we will issue a refund for the original order total, excluding shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on international orders. Additionally, your future ordering privileges may be restricted.
